Software Specialist Position

Duties Include:

Collaborate with teams and IT systems to dissect information, synthesize business insights, and maintain knowledge assets. Develop models for communication systems and ensure timely business intelligence flow. Enhance user experiences through iterative improvements, gather feedback, and work with IT and business teams. Contribute to technical specification documents and liaise across stakeholders. Engage and coordinate thorough testing, collaborate on feature requirements, execute manual tests, and analyze results. Participate in functionality, design, and specification collaboration. Monitor and improve QA activities, automate test scripts, and manage defects. Support web services development, troubleshoot issues, and document procedures for optimal operations. This position requires a master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Networking or related.

Work location:

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. (Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long- and short-term assignments at client sites.)

Technical Architecture Specialist Position

Duties Include:

Responsible for design, development and implementation of various dashboard applications using .NET Core. Develop applications using C#, Entity Framework for object relational mapping. Work on Telerik for UI components building. Work on Framework project for client-side controls. Creating model and entities in the database first approach of Entity Framework. Development of models and controllers using MVC. Use GIT and Azure Devops for the source code management and merging different versions of the code. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all customer contacts. Ability to provide clear written communication for ticket/task updates. Ability to maintain organization and control over all information related to customer projects and assignments. Take ownership of assignments, offering advice and guidance to others on the team. Dedicated to always providing exceptional customer services. Strong broad-based knowledge of software, operating systems (client and server), applications products, connectivity, IDE tools. Proficiency in all aspects of the core technical requirements. This position requires a master's degree in computer science, Software or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related; or a BS and 5 years of experience.
